After receiving your inquiry form, you'll then schedule a free consultation (phone or Zoom) to discuss your needs, style preferences, and session type (branding, individual portraits, or head-shots). This gives us a chance to get to know each other.
After the consultation, you’ll receive a custom proposal outlining your chosen package, contract, and next steps. Once you’re ready to move forward, sign the photography agreement and pay a non-refundable retainer to officially reserve your session date.
A separate planning meeting is scheduled on zoom or detailed email to finalize details on the shoot including mood-board, posing suggestions, what props to bring, outfits and any other details.
Receive a final confirmation email and a reminder email with what to bring, location details and how to prepare. We want the day of your session to be stress free as possible and for you to have a good time!
